Refund Policy

Refund / Exchanges / Changes Policy

As each item is made to order, we unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges once the item is being made or delivered. 

  • Once the cake is picked up and signed for, the customer is responsible for its condition.

  • Damage: The store is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or after pickup, such as cracks, melting, or smudging. Customers are advised to transport and store cakes carefully.

  • Flavor and texture: Refunds or credits are not provided for subjective issues like flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted. 

  • Design: The item's design will be disclosed and discussed prior to delivery or pick-up, and thus requests for design changes will be at Chii's Patisserie's discretion. 

Cancellations

  • Custom and large orders: A minimum of 96 hours' notice is required for cancellation. A partial refund may be issued if the order is already in production.

  • Standard orders: A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellation. Refunds or store credit will not be issued if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the pickup/delivery time.
