Refund Policy
Refund / Exchanges / Changes Policy
As each item is made to order, we unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges once the item is being made or delivered.

Once the cake is picked up and signed for, the customer is responsible for its condition.

Damage: The store is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or after pickup, such as cracks, melting, or smudging. Customers are advised to transport and store cakes carefully.

Flavor and texture: Refunds or credits are not provided for subjective issues like flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted.

Design: The item's design will be disclosed and discussed prior to delivery or pick-up, and thus requests for design changes will be at Chii's Patisserie's discretion.
Cancellations

Custom and large orders: A minimum of 96 hours' notice is required for cancellation. A partial refund may be issued if the order is already in production.

Standard orders: A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellation. Refunds or store credit will not be issued if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the pickup/delivery time.
